The company has joined the unique legal and tax regime for IT businesses launched by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Ukrainian content production company WePlay has obtained the status of a Diia.City resident. The Diia.City platform was launched in 2022 in order to stimulate the development of the digital economy of Ukraine. Over 400 companies and startups have joined the initiative since its inception.

To obtain the status of a Diia.City resident, a company must be registered under Ukrainian law and meet prerequisites. Based on the results of an independent financial and legal audit, a number of inspections, and an analysis of documents confirming the company’s activities in Ukraine and the lack of sanctions against it, the decision to grant WePlay resident status was approved.
