Information on tournament date change.

Today, October 10, Season 6 of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament, WePlay Academy League, was supposed to start. Our team spent weeks working hard in preparation for this day, and we were sure that nothing could stop us from successfully starting the event on time.

However, today, October 10, our entire country woke up to a massive missile attack by the russian federation. Sirens and explosions are heard in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and a dozen other cities in Ukraine. The authorities have advised all residents of the country to shelter and refrain from moving around their cities. Some areas have the electricity supply cut off. Dozens of dead and hundreds of wounded are already reported.

Due to these events, we are forced to postpone the start of Season 6. Our main value is our employees’ safety, and we cannot expose them to additional risk. Further tournament announcements and updates will be published on the WePlay website and social media.

Our entire team thank you for your understanding and words of support.
